Payment Information

We accept checks, cash, money orders, Purchase Orders & credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)

Make checks/money order payable to "FSAWWA"

 If Paying By Credit Card:

• Complete ALL portions of the registration form and fax to  407-957-8415
• Credit card receipts are faxed to the attendee at the number provided
• It is the attendee's responsibility to forward the credit card receipt to the cardholder if necessary
• Credit card information must be included on each form for registrations being paid by credit card
